6 Prohibited Activities

If such activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed, the entire balance will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

7 VIP Program and Cashback

b999's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers weekly cashback based on the net loss for that week.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Example: if a member is on the Silver tier and their net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. Cashback is generally credited to the member's account every Monday. VIP tier upgrades depend on the member's consistent activity.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

15 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of the b999 platform. 16 Entire Agreement
